The location was as beautiful as shown in the pictures, and the host was warm, welcoming, and kind. The villa was small and cozy, with some extra thoughtful treats left for us. The host even prepared gifts for our children, which we really appreciated. Although the apartment didn’t have a washing machine, we were kindly allowed to use the main one, which was very helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The apartment offered a modern and well-appointed living space in a prime location. Its proximity to local hiking trails, coupled with its off-road setting, ensured a peaceful and secluded environment. Furthermore, the property provided convenient access to the Matterhorn cable car, while also serving as an ideal base for hiking enthusiasts, with immediate access to at least six distinct trailheads.
The apartment offered excellent views; however, a complete vista of the Matterhorn was not available from our balcony. While not a negative aspect, convenient access to local amenities and shopping necessitates a visit to the town center. This location is approximately a 25-minute walk, with an uphill return journey to consider. Alternatively, local transportation options are available.
