Partena is a fully restored villa perched on the top of a hill of the Elsa valley providing it with fantastic views of the field and wood covered valley below. The hamlet is composed of a total of 18 houses, most of which are owned by locals who use them mainly as a country villa.
Partena is ideally positioned in central Tuscany just 6km from the town Colle Val d'Elsa which is famous for its crystal works. Also within easy driving distance are Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Casole d'Elsa and the famous San Galgano Abbey.
Due to its position on the hill the paths from the parking area and those within the hamlet are all sloped. Attached to Partena are some villas which are not part of the hamlet and therefore do not have access to the pool.
