We are pleased to welcome you in our newly built lovely house in Bansko located just few minutes walking from the Gondola station and all surrounding facilities restaurants, shops, bars ….

The space
It is a newly refurbished 4 story chalet. Three of the floors are ready for the incoming ski season.
Ground floor is completed as a spacious living room with log fireplace, dining area, kitchen, children play room and bathroom.
First floor consists of 4 en-suite bedrooms each with balcony. There are two single French beds and sofa in each bedroom. LED TV units in all bedrooms. Sleep 12.
Second floor consists of 3 en-suite bedrooms each with balcony. There are two double beds and sofa in each bedroom. LED TV units in all bedrooms. Sleep 5.
The house is self-catering - it has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dining area (side by side fridge, oven, hot plates, hood, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee making machine).
Comfortable sofa, log fireplace, SMART-TV 55", Free Wi-If.
New modern heating system with programmable remote control will always create a comfort temperature in all rooms.
External wardrobe for skies and woods, Free Private parking places for two cars.

* 7 ensuite bedrooms with balcony on the first and second floors;
* 100 square meter ground floor designed as common space for the guests which consists of fully equipped kitchen, big dining table for 16 persons, spacious sofa, log fireplace, children play room and bathroom;
* Yard with space for parking of 2/3 cars;
* Ski storage area;
* BBQ.

We can help organize your equipment hire, lessons and lift passes before you arrive in resort at a discount rate.
We can arrange daily mini bus service to and from the Gondola Ski lift station and the Mineral spa pools in Banya.
You will be met at Sofia Airport by the transfer company we arrange for you (at extra charge). When you arrive at Ice Jewel my husband and myself will be here to meet you and welcome you into our house. During your stay we are on hand (we are living just opposite the street) if you need us. We can also help organize your equipment hire, lessons and lift passes before you arrive in resort at a discount rate. We can arrange daily mini bus service to and from the Gondola Ski lift station.

We had a great time staying at this property. It was very large and spacious and met all of our needs. It had a lot to offer with the large downstairs lounge and the outside cabin also, sadly we didn’t get to make the most of this as our stay was short and we was busy daily obviously on the slopes.
I would recommend this accommodation to others and I found Asya (the owner) very good to communicate with.

We spent a week in Ice Jewel Chalet in February 2022. There were 10 of us altogether - 4 adults and 6 children. The house is fantastic - very spacious and very comfortable. The owner couldn't have been more helpful. She booked our skis, airport transfers and a taxi each morning to take us up the mountain (to avoid the long gondola queue!). The house is located near the bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.
