The houseThe barrier-free, ground-floor, detached, 87 sqm Scandinavian style holiday home with a 40 sqm terrace is surrounded by a garden. The four-meter-long window front to the terrace offers a beautiful view over the residential area and fields and forests. All rooms have a separately controllable floor heating. In 2019 the house was completed. Light-flooded rooms full of enjoyment and lightness allow you to stay away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Wheelchair, rollator .... are also welcome. The door frames in the house are extra wide (1 meter) and very high (2.10 meters). The beds are 2 meters long, have no Fußende and thus provide space for tall people comfortably. The 40 sqm terrace is also barrier-free. A fast Wi-Fi is of course available in the house and also on the terrace. Internet TV with excellent picture resolution gives you access to all popular TV and radio programs. Full-equipped kitchens and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer are available free of charge. A charging station for e-cars and for e-bikes are also available from 01. 09. 2019.
