About this house rental

In the fall of 2018, Wolfgang and Rainer Möllinger decided to buy this beautiful, traditional Tyrolean house in Hochfilzen and rent for the future, as an apartment house for small groups up to 12 people. The ideal location with ski bus stops in front of the house, and the train station within 5 minutes walking distance, allows our guests to use the excellent tourist infrastructure in all seasons. On the one hand, Fieberbrunn on the other hand Leogang offers as an introduction to the "ski circus Saalbach Hinterglemm". The affordable ski and excursion area Buchensteinwand, with its destination Jakobshorn, is also just a 5-minute drive from the property. For bikers there are hundreds of kilometers of developed paths, for climbers the legendary Buchensteinwand just around the corner. With the regional train one is in only 30 minutes in Kitzbühel, directly at the Hahnenkammbahn. If you want to enjoy the nightlife in Kitzbühel, you can return to the quiet Hochfilzen with the last train, well past midnight. Hochfilzen is a quiet but up-and-coming tourist destination with the annual highlight, the IBU Biathlon World Cup. In November 2019 the Grand Chalet Hochfilzen will open for our guests. Book your accommodation now for cheap early bird rates. PS accommodation is rented exclusively to groups.
Location:
Directly at the ski bus stop. After Leogang or Fieberbrunn 7 minutes. Hochfilzen station 5 minutes walk. Buchensteinwand 7 minutes by car. Parking at the house.
Domestic equipments:
Spacious fully equipped kitchen with island, 2 ovens, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. On request, we will fill your fridge as needed, before arrival.
Common room, with satellite TV, video projector, games corner, library; Ideal for group travelers as a society / game room or sports clubs to analyze the training results.
In the basement there is a small sauna, laundry room and ski storage room.

Die Unterkunft ist super auch die Lage ist top. Die Haltestelle für den Skibus ist 20m vom Haus entfernt und man fährt nur ca. 7min ins nächste Skigebiet.
