About this chalet rental
Large modern and comfortable family chalet of 260 m2, located at the exit of the charming village of Villard-Laté and 900 m from the slopes. Facing south, at 1450 m altitude, away from the noise, facing the mountains, this chalet has central heating and two wood burning stoves. From its terrace and rooms, you see the Monetier glacier. The location is ideal for ski lovers, ski touring or for those who prefer walking or sledding (the departure of the road reserved in winter for hikers is located 100 m from the chalet). The chalet has the advantage of consisting of two apartments of 125 m2 each, fully equipped (with kitchen and living room), each with 3 bedrooms, interconnected by a staircase. Ideal for two families. For athletes, bodybuilding equipment is available in the basement.
The first floor consists of a large living-dining room with terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 double beds of 160 cm and 140 cm and a room with 2 single beds of 80 cm). a bathroom and a toilet.
The ground floor consists of a large living-dining room with terrace overlooking the garden, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 double beds 140 cm and a room with 2 single beds 80 cm), a bathroom and two toilets.
Household: provide 150 euros for the household exit.

Proprio tres dispo et chalet bien situé, proche des commodités mais au calme qd même. Bcp de potentiel pr les activités outdoors. On y reviendrait sans hésiter.

Très bon séjour dans ce chalet. Propriétaires présents à l'arrivée et très sympathiques.
Chalet bien aménagé et cuisines bien équipées.
Chambres spacieuses avec de nombreux rangements.La grande pièce à vivre à l'étage est très agréable et possède une très belle vue sur les pistes.
Nous étions une famille de 14 (age mini 17 ans)et nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis à l'étroit.
Grand local à skis bien pratique
Pour l'accès aux pistes , une navette se trouve à 5 minutes à pied du chalet et passe toute les 1/2 h, ce qui était très pratique , sinon c'est à pied 1km avec 100m de dénivelé.
Bref excellent séjour, à revenir sans hésitation

Le chalet est très agréable, notamment l'espace au premier étage. La vue est superbe sur la montagne et les pistes. Un peu de marche ou navette pour rejoindre celles-ci.
Petit défaut sur le chauffage à l'arrivée mais rapidement réglé, propriétaire très réactif.
Au total excellent séjour.
