About this house rental
Well-located cottage, renovated in 2014, located only approx. 200 meters from the roaring North Sea. The house's location by Ferring provides ample opportunity for privacy, so the holiday can be enjoyed in peace and quiet. The house is practically furnished with a combined living room / kitchen. The living room has comfortable furniture, free internet and smart TV with Danish channels and the opportunity to stream own TV services. The kitchen has i.a. electric stove, refrigerator with freezer and coffee machine. Bathroom with bathing environment and shower. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. There is also an annex with two single beds, perfect for teenagers or grandparents. The house has several open terraces with garden furniture, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun goes down over the area. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
