This beautifully renovated holiday home is located in the peaceful and scenic surroundings of Kongsmark, offering a modern interior and plenty of space for families or small groups. With the latest extension completed in 2021, the house features an open-concept kitchen and living area, equipped with a ceramic stove, dishwasher, and a cozy wood-burning stove — perfect for relaxing evenings indoors. A TV with Danish and German channels, as well as internet access, adds to the comfort. The house includes three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with bunk beds, along with two well-appointed bathrooms, one of which includes a washing machine and dryer. The home is fitted with electric heating and a modern air-to-air heat pump, ensuring allergy-friendly air and energy-efficient comfort. Step directly from the kitchen or living room onto one of the three terraces — two open and one covered — ideal for outdoor dining or lounging in nature. Set on a large 2,700 m² natural plot, the property invites guests to enjoy its quiet charm, with a garden grill, high chair for children, and a safe, non-smoking environment. As an added bonus, guests have free access to the water park in Skærbæk. Please note that the house is not rented to youth groups, ensuring a calm and family-friendly atmosphere throughout your stay.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

We had such a nice time at this holiday home, The location was perfect for exploring the Wadden Sea National Park, and the place was clean and spacious, The terrace was awesome for barbecues in the evening,
