About this house rental
La Fratta is immersed in the countryside of the Marsciano area, in the province of Perugia, just 20 minutes by car from the center of Perugia. Renovated in full respect of its era, it was personalized and designed by them, with artistic interventions that express care and the will to recreate a reinterpreted, new, lively and warm space. Outside, only peace and tranquility. A large garden where you can spend relaxing hours by the pool or to have lunch in the tables prepared for the Guests ... The apartment is autonomous but inserted in the structure where the owners also live, Elisabetta, Luca and the small Eugenio. In fact, Fratta is also the home and studio of Luca Leandri, a ceramist sculptor and his wife Elisabetta. Main advantage: return home with your own works made during the holiday ensuring fun and cultural enrichment. For organizational reasons for the courses it is preferable to request information at the time of booking.
Ideal for families. It is about 60 square meters, consisting of a lounge with TV, equipped kitchen and dining / breakfast corner, double bedroom with double bed and bathroom with toilet and shower. Well furnished and made comfortable by artistic interventions in the furnishings. In the TV room there is a single sofa bed and a double sofa bed that can be used as additional beds if needed. It is possible to use the external barbercue and wood oven. It is located on the garden floor (ground floor). Outside, a table with mosaic that can be used for lunches and dinners. Swimming pool in the garden. Breakfast is not included. On request and for short stays it is possible to request breakfast foods already provided (tea, coffee, milk, yogurt, juices, jams, butter) with a supplement of € 5 per day / person.

The wonderful place was made even better through the hospitality and kindness of our hosts, Elisabetta and Luca. Situated in the middle of trees and beautiful plants, Lucas art made it even more special and beautiful. This is a place we plan to come back to. Additionally it is situated ideally in the heart of Umbria, reaching interesting sites thus is easy.
The appartment was perfect, and we thouroughly enjoyed our stay. Elisabetta and Luca gave us great ideal and tips about places to visit and events to attend, a ceramics course with Luca is certainly recommended. Great thanks to both of them!

The Villa is located in the center of Umbria - in a perfect location for a 30-60 minutes drive from most of Umbria attractions, near a small town Marsciano...the house is located in country region which gives youa nice nature/agriculture atmosphere of the local region ...nice restaurants in the area and 15 min a local Supermarket nearby.
The owners were very friendly and warm, the husband is actually a ceramic artist and we have bought nice art pieces from his work.
On our arrival, the owner has already placed few food essentials in the kitchen, which helped a lot.
A great place for families with kids...a pool in the summer, dogs and cats to play with...but also for couples.
Would recommend to upgrade the kitchenin the house.
Highly recommended, enjoy your stay.

La Fratta Art House ist eine Unterkunft mit ganz besonderem Ambiente. Überall auf dem Grundstück und in der Wohnung trifft man auf die wunderschönen Keramiken von Luca dem Vermieter. Elisabeta und Luca sind sehr nette, freundliche Vermieter. Sie bemühen sich sehr dem Gast alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.
Gerne kommen wir wieder und machen dann auch bei Luca einen Töpferkurs.
Rundherum eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in wunderschöner Landschaft, zum Erholen perfekt.
