Sandra is a very helpful, welcoming lady. It's a better place for people with car but we manage without and buy the pass for 72h (bus 4 at Carrelettes bring you to Caen), so we went to seashore (careful : summer is only July and August there :so a lot of place were close) and visit and enjoy Caen a lot...We went to the enchanted island, see the children jumping in the water from a bridge...There is a lot of activities for people who like to move, green road, bicycles renting. Just be sure to prepare your trip (we didn't!) and take earplug because you hear the road from the bedroom (no problem to fall asleep, but the noise make me awake every morning around 6AM...) We enjoy and see a lot and appart was big enough for 2 persons, clean and with enough to cook, freedge, all you need to feel like home!
