About this villa rental
The cottage of 55m ², in ground garden of villa, has a beautiful room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, mo, plate gas, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, toaster ..), a living room, a shower room, a reversible air conditioning, a beautiful terrace of 30 sqm with the living room, facing south, facing the pool.
You have access to this private pool, which you will share with us.
All crockery and household utensils are provided as well as household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels ..) basic products (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar ..) iron, hair dryer ... .. so that the stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
Our villa is located in a residential area ideally located 10 minutes walk from the historic center of the city and its markets on Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays and 5 minutes by car from the Paluds area consists of many shops.
We are just minutes from the mountains of Ste Baume, Garlaban, the Sainte Victoire mountain and all hiking trails, 15 minutes by car from the beaches of Cassis, La Ciotat and their night markets in summer.
We are also 20 minutes from Marseille by the highway where you can discover besides the Old Port, Notre Dame of the Guard, the island of Frioul, the Castle of If, the famous calanques ... the Mucem and the Mediterranean Villa on the new and huge esplanade facing the sea.
Les Terrasses du Port, a new commercial complex with more than 160 shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are located at a distance of less than 1 km from this esplanade.
Many festivities animate the city of Aubagne throughout the year. You also have the famous pottery RAVEL, but also many potters and ceramists in the town, Aubagne being the birthplace of Santons.
We provide you with various leaflets offering possible activities or points of interest to discover in the region and remain at your disposal for any information or problem.
Our pets are not allowed and the accommodation is non-smoking.

Le gîte est conforme en tout point à l'annonce ; vaste, très calme, décoré avec goût. La cuisine est bien équipée. L'accueil est parfait et les petites attentions (bouteille de rosé, calissons...) très appréciables. Je recommande vivement !
