My host welcomed me in person, helped me store my bicycle securely and made sure I had everything I needed.
The location, just outside the core of the city, should have ensured quiet.
Nothing the owner could have done about it, but workmen started using pneumatic drills outside the property at 8am.

Comfortable other than small window and therefore air flow low
Being in the attic, small window for ventilation
With shared bathroom and no breakfast, thought a little overpriced, but comparing to Italy and Germany
