This is a great , spacious apartment with the most amazing view of the sea and the fishing boats, We loved being able to watch the sea and daily life of the cove whilst having our breakfast and evenng meal. There is a well stocked, very large kitchen and a very comfortable spacious sitting room. The three bedrooms are a good size and the beds are very comfortable to sleep in. The whole apartment was very clean with everything we needed as well as a lovely bottle of Prosecco on arrival! The downstairs room is prefect for hanging wetsuits and storing all your shoes etc. As well as a great apartment the hosts Becci and Richard were brilliant. Incredibly easy to communicate with and always on hand to answer any questions, they also gave great advice with everything local.
The apartment is in a great position to get to all the lovely beaches and local towns , such as Porthleven. Definitely will return!

Jimmer’s Loft was a real treat – the location in Cadgwith is absolutely stunning, with gorgeous sea views and the harbour just steps away. The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances to comfy beds, fresh linens, and towels. It felt cosy and homely, and it really gave me the perfect chance to unwind and recharge my batteries.
The boys complained a little about the WiFi being patchy at times, but it honestly didn’t bother me I enjoyed switching off and making the most of the peaceful surroundings.

Good location, lovely little fishing village, fabulous pub just around the corner ( fantastic food)
Good communication with the host before arrival.
Parking is a little tight, but you can park up in the village in the local car park, which is good.
Damp smell on entering the property could do with a freshen up and a good decoration as it's feels like a very tired rental with no personal touches.
It would benefit from new curtains bedding & towels in all bedrooms.
Storage heaters are very old and rusty
May be even a smart TV would be good too.
