The staffs are friendly. The location in Avellino is the best for business travelling, very convenient since it's on the main treet and close to the bus station (about 1.5km).
The restaurant is very good.
Room is quite basic, but for the business trip is good enough.

Central location, 24h front desk, reliable wifi, on-site café (breakfast included)
Parking expensive €15/day (hidden fine-print on Booking), no laundry service (as was advertised), multiple things broken in room upon arrival (blinds, soap-holder, AC, refrigerator), no extractor fan in bathroom nor did the AC work to remove the humidity, towels noticeably thin and threadbare. When I left early, they were not willing to refund me for even the unused days of parking.
