The owner/host was so helpful and personable. The residence location was good, very close to restaurants, transportation, and grocery and beach. The units are pristine with roomy baths, comfortable beds, ceramic tile floors, air conditioning and covered patio overlooking the gardens. Loved it!!

I can highly recommend the place! Nino and his wife were the best hosts. Our apartment was very nice, spacious and clean. The hotel is located within a 15 min walk from the town. The hotel is in a very quiet area with a super short walk from a nice beach. Nice cafes and restaurants are also close. The hotel has a beautiful garden. Nino was also so nice to give us a ride from and to the port.

La tranquillità vicino al mare pulito e bello di Forio.
Il residence con tante piante curate e una bellissima e rilassante vista sul verde.
Nino e la sua famiglia proprietari del residence sono persone super disponibili, simpatici e professionali.
Parcheggio gratuito.
Stanze pulite ben arredate con bagni e doccia fantastiche, il getto d'acqua era da cascata del Niagara, nonostante facessimo la doccia contemporaneamente in due bagni separati.
Mobili, infissi e porte interne di OTTIMA qualità.
Patio comodissimo per cene all'aperto. Stendino, tavola da stiro.
Phono non potentissimo e per chi ha tanti capelli consiglio di portarselo.
Cucina attrezzata, piatti e stoviglie pulitissimi.
Parcheggio privato (un valore unico ad Ischia).
Circa 50 metri dal mare (vicinissimo).

You wake up in paradise every morning.
It’s a truly peaceful spot in which you are surrounded by beauty of nature. The garden is lovely, and there are fresh fruits too. Location is unbeatable! It’s literally one minute walk from a great beach, a short walk to a big supermarket, near a lot of restaurants and a bus stop. The house is spacious and well-maintained, it looks better in real life than the pictures, always a plus. A little shaded terrace is an excellent spot for a morning coffee or aperitivo.
