Very spacious, comfortable apartments
We loved our stay here!
The apartments and hotel split, so you have to buy a day pass (850mex pp) to use the hotel facilities which are directly facing the sea. The bungalow pool is next to a street that was a bit loud from time to time. Across the street is the beach but Zicatela beach is not for swimming and the main beach was quite busy with boats, birds and people. We did some tours that were amazing but if you are looking to swim in the sea you will not find the perfect beach right across the street.
Also, people primarily speak Spanish.

The location is perfect. Right off the main strip, to restaurants and bars. walk to beach. The beach is however for more experienced swimmers/surfers. Everything you need is close by. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful. There is only 8 bungalows so it feels like you have the whole property to your self sometimes. The bungalow has everything we needed to be self sufficient and cook meals. We loved it so much we booked an extra two weeks. The bungalow is spacious and felt very comfortable. Would come back here in a heart beat.

The communication between administration and staff.
The fact that my granddaughter forgot her little pillow (stuffed animal) there and I called three consecutive days to ask if they find it, without any luck, was something that disappointed very much my family, This pillow had important sentimental value for my granddaughter, and now is lost.

Found lots of coackaraches and hair on sheets, so wasnt very clean
