Before arrival the host send instructions how to enter the building and the apartment. We were also able to check in earlier which was very handy to drop luggage and then go explore the city. The owner also checked in on us mid stay (via messaging) which gave me the opportunity to notify them that the heaters don't warm up properly.
The apartment is right in the city centre and an easy walk from the Koblenz Stadtmitte train station. We travelled as a group of 5 (incl. a 3-year-old) and there were enough sleeping spots for all of us
The TV has Netflix etc. which was handy for us at some point when the weather became too rainy.
The shower has a nice strong pressure and water warms up quickly.
In the kitchen there were plenty of supplies for tea and coffee (capsules). We haven't attempted to cook though and ate all meals out.
I'm not sure how well the floors have been cleaned before our arrival.
The WiFi was quite weak.

Very central location in the Altstadt great easy service and super spacious well equipped and very clean with comfortable beds - would book again !

The location is perfect.
The password didn’t work at the beginning and before our check out time and without permission the people who wanted to clean the room got in. Unfortunately, we were about to leave but it is not respectful at all…
