L'emplacement.
L'environnement très vert.
La piscine.
L'état général du mobilier, des équipements et de la décoration, très datés.
L'éclairage ambiant et la luminosité très faible.
Le matelas, hors d'âge et défoncé, à remplacer d'urgence ainsi que les oreillers et les couvertures.
La douche est irrégulière, surtout aux heures d'affluence.
L'eau chaude met une éternité à arriver.
L'exigence d'un bonnet de bain pour la piscine.

Abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento n° 5, con 2 camere da letto matrimoniali, cucina-soggiorno e un comodo terrazzo con tavolo e sedie. Il bagno non ha la finestra ma ha un areatore molto efficace. L'appartamento pulitissimo ha tutto il necessario per cucinare con tegami nuovissimi. Camere con letti comodi e alle finestre ottime zanzariere. Il giardino esterno è molto curato ed è un piacere bagnarsi nella limpidissima piscina. Il proprietario, all'arrivo, fornisce ad ogni ospite, gratuitamente, una morbida cuffia da usare per il bagno in piscina. In tutto l'alloggio c'è un discreto wifi
Roberto, il proprietario, è molto gentile e disponibile. Siamo stati molto bene. Il parcheggio privato e gratuito è all'interno della proprietà a circa 30 metri dall'alloggio.

c'est un endroit au calme, dans le début de la montagne. Il y a des commerces alentours faciles d'accès en voiture. La piscine est très bien entretenue et très agréable.
C'était un peu plus loin de la ville de Lucques que je ne pensais, et on entendait beaucoup les voisins
