Great Location with parking, cute rooms, we absolutely loves our balcony

Really nice place! Costly but that is the location!
We were very pleased with the friendly staff (the young lady at administration & front desk) always helpful! And the lady making and taking care of breakfast is a gem! You really feel the positive hospitality vibe! Such a pleasure! Thank You.

The position to walk to the center was nice!
Thank God it was only for one night!
I had high hopes for Caravella based on its “boutique hotel” label, but the reality was hugely disappointing. We arrived to find no staff on site, everything had been arranged via WhatsApp beforehand. When I called to ask how to use the electric car charger, no one could give me an answer, zero assistance.
There was no interaction with staff, not even in the morning. How is this called a boutique experience? The room was claustrophobic, smelled of mold, and to make matters worse, I woke up in the middle of the night with ants in the bed.
This was far from a boutique hotel more like an unattended rental. I would not recommend it, and I’m just glad we didn’t stay longer.
