Dirty carpet, most facility in the room is spoil. Staff not respond to attend to it. No drinking water, no coffee n tea. Only dirty room to sleep

When I arrived, two receptionists were talking with each other, and totally ignored me.
After half a minute I held out my passport, one of them took it, and continued talking and ignoring.
After another minute I asked whether anyone would like to refer to me.
One of them said in they r busy changing shifts, and continued explaining all the things they need to do.
No welcome, no apologies, no smile, no manners.
The next day I shared the story with the manager. She apologized and gave me a free brkfst.
In the room there is no safe, the phone didnt work and one bed lamp was broken.
Room cleaning is sloppy.

Despite the location and the river view, the room carpet is extremely dirty and the room smells bad. The worst part is that the bath tub is not working at all. There is no instruction to use the bath tub for switching to hot water and using the jacuzzi which I could manage finally but the bath tub leaked totally. So I can’t even have a shower there. Luckily, I stayed there for only one night as it’s close to the airport. I won’t choose this hotel again on next visit.
