It was easy to find, room was clean and comfortable. They accept pets and i had my dog with me. we didnt have breakfast on departure but owners kindly gave us complimentary coffee for the road.

It was clean and simple. The staff was friendly and the hotel was relatively close to the old town centre and it was easy to reach with parking space very close.
The checkin was a bit confusing. We arrived at haus2 with no service desk. I was informed I had to go to haus1 to check in but I had to cross a busy street to do so. When I arrived at haus1 there was no one there, only a few envelopes with names but mine wasn't among them. It felt a bit inpersonal even though we were on time in the designated check in window. Only when I called, someone came to give me the key, told me her colleague forgot to switch the keys. The door had to be locked from the inside which we didn't think of and most guests were not properly informed on where to find their room so in the first night some random person suddenly opened our door and stepped into our room while we were there. Breakfast was also a little bit lacking for the price.

Great area next to the water, very specious, and had air conditioning. The room had a second toilet in another bathroom. Parking could accommodate my larger American SUV.
Getting to the hotel was tough, it's on a very narrow dead end. And in if you can't find parking, turning around can be an ordeal. They have parking out-front, but they need to give you a key to open the space.

Location and prompt service
A tea kettle and teak coffee sachets is a basic requirement especially when there is no restaurant in the hotel.
Also bathroom supplies are almost zero.
