A very well-organized property.
The staff are truly all, always, very kind.
The cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the attention to detail, is above average for Kaiserslautern, and the value for money is unbeatable.
Perhaps the only slightly annoying thing was the noise from the bathroom ventilation fan, but it is enough to switch off the general lighting and power button of the room to stop it. The downside is that, once this is done, it is no longer possible to use the electrical outlets to charge mobile phones.
However, this seems to me a very minor issue. Overall, it remains a pleasant—very pleasant—stay, with a welcoming bar and the memory of a team that is truly dedicated to guests’ needs, and also very friendly.

Everything from check in to check out was perfect. I felt like I was treated like royalty here and I will be for sure to return for my next visit in K-Town! Thank you to Phillip, he was the star and highlight of our stay!
