The location is fantastic - 5 minute walk to the centre & beach, and a 30 minute bus to Corfu Town which goes at least once hourly. Benitses is brilliant.
We cooked every night and it had salt, pepper, paprika, washing up liquid, as well as all the utensils needed. A great kitchen.
There was plenty of space for me and a friend for our clothes, and lights and plugs next to each bed.
There was a fan and AC unit which was deeply appreciated.
The owners were very attentive, and housekeeping happened most days.
It was such a peaceful setting.
The hill up to the property was very steep, although relatively short, so not easy for wheelchair users etc.
The beds are very firm, and there is no holder for the shower head, but I believe this is quite normal.

Great location, 5 minutes of pleasant road to the beach. Nearby is a bakery, wonderful kebab (traditionally high-quality and tasty for several years), every morning you can buy fresh fish near the beach. A bunch of restaurants are also within a 5-minute walk. However, the accommodation itself is in a historical, quiet part of the village. There is a church nearby. But the most important thing is the hosts. They take care of you as guests. There is even an umbrella for the beach. It is important that they live right here, so you can see them constantly and immediately solve all current issues. They always help you, and even more than you expect. For me and my child, cleanliness is important - they clean here every day. Wonderfully well-groomed territory. Thank you, Nikos and Katerina!

The studio's location is very good. It's in a quiet neighbourhood in Benitses, 5 minutes walk away from the beach, restaurants, bars, and cafes of the area. Corfu centre is a 25-minute drive away. The owner was very polite. Also the price is very good considering the location, and the prices of other properties in the area and how quiet it is. Our beds were made daily for the three days that we stayed there. Also, on the plus side, good air-conditioning and fridge.
As soon as we arrived, we checked the bed sheets, and there were hairs and stains on both beds. We requested our bed sheets to be changed, but there were stains on the new set of sheets, too, although they seemed to be washed. The bathroom facilities were dated, and the shower basin was cracked. Also, the studio is in need of a good renovation. There were a lot of mosquitoes and spiders in the studio, because, although there are mosquito nets on the windows, when the cleaning lady comes in to make the beds she leaves the door open and in come the insects.
