If you believe the negative reviews for this hotel and assume the good reviews are written by friends of the hotel then in my opinion this would give an accurate picture of the hotel.
However, most of the bar and restaurant staff are jolly and accommodating except for some at reception and the "headmistress" manager who will summon you to her office if you are naughty. She won't come to you. Police intervention is a tool readily threatened. Faulty Towers comes to mind. They cant' remake a bed after 6 PM.
Disgusting customer service. Do something about the sun beds being fully occupied by 7 AM. Food is repetitive canteen food.
If you get it cheap then be on your best behaviour and don't set your expectations above "ordinary". Otherwise " just don't ".
