The Chateau is run by a lovely family and its team. All of the staff are superb and go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. The evening meal was delicious, served in a lovely dining room, and the wine and cocktails were fabulous. Our dog had lots of space to explore on the grounds, and everyone who worked there fussed over him and made him feel special. It's definitely a dog-friendly hotel, not just a dog-tolerant one.
Would have liked an option for warm food, perhaps an omelette and toast. Breakfast options were quite limited, but perhaps it was because it's out of season.

The château was lovely, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The staff were warm, welcoming, and accommodating. The breakfast was very good - sucré/salé options. The grounds were well kept, with a horse and friendly chickens running about. I would absolutely recommend.
