Fabulous location for the beach. There's a lovely sun terrace that overlooks it, with sun loungers and the delightful scent of the jasmine bushes in May. Emilio was a perfect host, helping us with taxis and local tourist information. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing host who was extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist. It was evident that he genuinely cared about ensuring that our stay in his beach house was enjoyable. The apartment itself is situated right on the beach and comes with the added perk of two complimentary umbrellas at a nearby beach club. This club also offers refreshing drinks and delicious lunches. The large terrace provides a breathtaking view of the sea. Although the walk to the center of Sperlonga is a bit lengthy, it is pleasant and well worth it.
