The location the breakfast and the spa were very goo.The staff very friendly but....they need to change the chairs at the breakfast room.Very old and unconfortable

Everything was perfect . Great spa facilities , great breakfast and the staff was very kind and helpful. The only thing that could be improved is the fact that the are some old furniture and the building needs renovation . We will visit again for sure

Fabulous location and great car park. Communal areas are good, most with great views. Bedrooms are mediocre; the mattress on the bed is somewhat lumpy, the bathrooms are small (why put a bath in a small bathroom? It would a great shower room instead). Lots of variety for breakfast but the quality of the food is mediocre. The two biggest disappointments are: Firstly, this simply is not the standard of a 5 star hotel. We have no idea how it achieved this rating. It would definitely exceed one's expectation if it were a 3 star and possibly meet one's expectation if it were rated a 4 star. Secondly, the hotel markets itself as a spa hotel with a pool. This was the main reason we chose to book it. The pool, steam room, jacuzzi and whole spa area closes completely all day Sunday and Monday. I do not know of any hotel in the world where the pool area closes for 2 days out of 7 every week, let alone one purporting to be a 5 star. So overall, as a 5 star rated hotel, we do not recommend it, if it were a 3 star, we definitely would recommend it.
