The hotel is located a minutes walk to the start of the tourist area/waterfront. Great location and even without the ferries running (visited mid November) the buses were close also and got me everywhere I needed. The room was clean and quiet at night.

I stayed for a single night, wish i has stayed longer but had to head back to venice.
City hotel is a very nice and cozy, we got a junior suite, the room was excellent very clean and modern decor. Would have much better if they had a black out curtains or blinds however the kids had their own beds and beddings are very comfortable. Breakfast is good and cater to the needs to people with diff tastes- whether continental or Mediterranean. I would give five star for its location and cleanliness, walking distance to the train station and near the lake.
The reception staff is very courteous and respond to queries very promptly.
I checked out at 11 and i wanted to explore lakes and take a ferry before catching my train in evening, the reception agreed to keep my luggage (free of cost).
I would definitely love to stay here and would recommend it to anyone.
