Sehr ruhige Lage in einem Monschauer Vorort, die Inhaberin ist sehr freundlich und das Check-in war mit Hilfe eines Codes für die vorhandene Schlüsselbox problemlos, das Frühstück reichhaltig und frisch, für unser Vorhaben ( Wanderung und Besichtigung Monschau ) war das Hotel ideal, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis perfekt
Anfahrt, aufgrund einer Baustelle und Umleitung zur Zeit sehr beschwerlich ( aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür ), das
Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war alles ordentlich und sauber

Die Eigentümerin war sehr nett und höflich.
Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Ausstattung entsprechend, uralte Fliesen im Bad,. kalte Fliesen mit einigen Macken im Zimmer, Minifernseher (Laptopgröße) im Zimmer, der Hintereingang ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand.
