The location is fantastic & the staff are wonderful.
It’s very dated and basic BUT for the price I did not expect the Ritz. The bedding was clean visibly but the pillows had a smell like they were not fresh.

The place exceeded my expectations, the rooms are beautiful and modern, the staff are very welcoming and the location is amazing!
Nothing basically but would suggest replacing the shower curtains with plexy doors and the room door keys with proximity cards.

Good location, but can't recommend this place. Handy to have a kitchenette, except for the unworkable cooktop (and filthy pots).
Would not stay again. Facility is not to the standard shown in the photos and is not a comfortable, welcoming space. Run down and not well maintained kitchen space. Also, pots/pans were all dirty and kettle had food remnants in it (from boiling rice or pasta). Front desk apologetic, but no one sent to clean anything. Not a hotel at all; poorly managed student accomodation. No cleaning service even for a 1 week stay and no information for disposing of kitchen food waste, even though you are there a week AND they have a very discrete ( = hidden) message that if you don't empty all trash and leave all dishes clean they will charge you 100 Euro. (Luckily I found it!) They send a letter the night before you leave telling you about this requirement and the trash charge, but you have to go to front desk to find out where it is located (down the street and behind a locked gate) so good luck if you are out all day and leave early the next day as desk closes 6 or 7 pm.
