Lovely house in fantastic location. Spacious rooms with everything you need

Beds were quite hard. Could benefit from mattress toppers to alleviate this.

A pleasant house in a great location and a really comfortable home with pleasant sitting room and well equipped kitchen. We were a group of friends and loved having the comfy sofas to lounge around on, also two bathrooms came in handy. Pelham House was also excellent value compared with other places we've stayed in Keswick.

The kitchen was a bit cramped for 5 adults.
