The cottage and its facilities were very good and were well explained on notes left by the host. The location is rural and there are many great walks within easy reach

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Umgebung ist ruhig und im Haus alles vorhanden wie beschrieben. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

The Parlour was so cosy and had everything we needed: an amply stocked kitchen (utensils, pans, cups etc and a dishwasher), a nice big family size bathroom and the beds were extremely comfortable. The Parlour is in a great location for exploring the Peak District. It's in a quiet setting with ample parking. There are local pubs and supermarkets just a short distance away which is all the more convenient and the hosts were really friendly, and that included the dogs, horses and chickens!
The WiFi didn't seem to want to connect for us, but that wasn't an issue as we had 4g the whole time.

A lovely place too relax, Wendy and Steve very welcoming, if there's anything you need, on it straight away, the parlour was beautiful and the surrounding area, locals were very friendly too 😊
