The farmhouse cottage was great,nice quiet location, owner was lovely, little things like milk tea bags and sugar, cooking facilities was fine, plenty of plates ect nice clean and tidy can't knock it to be fair for the price especially if there is a family booking for a get away, as it sleeps 7 ppl, I booked because it had 2 double beds and a bath tub plus a shower, I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.
Big bangs at certain times like midnight, I think this might have been due to air locks in the heating system 5am also but after the fist time we heard it we just got used to it over the week of our stay. No hand towels or clothes horse (maiden) for drying clothes when weather is bad. Apart from that everything else is spot on.

The location was lovely. The cottage was really spacious & had so much storage. It was lovely and warm when we arrived, we turned some radiators off & some down but it was lovely & welcoming.

The location was great, not far to drive to local facilities. Very quiet area. The owner was welcoming, making sure that we were ok

The location was peaceful with a beautiful view
Bed was very uncomfortable had to sleep on top of quilt. No cleaning products apart from washing up liquid. No clingfilm , foil, plastic bags, handwash
