About this house rental
Large comfortable villa in a charming setting in the countryside: ideal for a stay with friends or family, not overlooked, with terrace overlooking the forest: 4 bedrooms and 1 dormitory, all with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the garden, 3 bathrooms, living-dining room 40 m2 (table 10 people + extension), kitchen 20 m2 (table 8 people), lounge-library 40 m2, fireplaces.
16 beds + 1 sofa bed in the library (+ 2 cots).
Evenings are accepted only within the limit of the number of people having booked. Any nighttime noise is forbidden in the garden after 22h.
Sheets and towels extra, on request: 12E / bed and + 3E / person.
Pets allowed only in the common rooms (living room, kitchen), subject to being reported at the time of your reservation, with supplement to pay on the spot: 10 E / we and 30E / week.
Deposit (check or cash for foreign travelers): 1400 euros.
Outside: Garden tables and chairs, barbecue, deckchairs, garden furniture, hammocks, ping pong table.
In the village: Free football fields, tennis, volleyball and petanque.
Parking 3-4 cars inside the property.
Reservation: 2 nights minimum.
Arrival: from 17h. Departure: before 15h.
Toddlers: Be careful, no safety gate to the 2 interior stairs.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amis dans la maison de Caroline. Les lieux sont magnifiques, spacieux et très agréable à vivre pour des grands groupes.

Maison très agreable cuisine ultra lumineuse bonne literie ,nous étions en hiver nous n avons pas pu profiter du beau jardin mais de très beaux sites de la forêt sont proches.

J'avais réservé la maison pour le weekend de mes 30 ans et nous avons passé un super séjour, nous étions tous ravis.
La maison est superbe et très bien équipée (cuisine, tout pour de grandes tablées, jeux...). Elle est composée de pleins d'espaces différents qui nous on permis de ne jamais avoir le sentiment d'être les uns sur les autres. Et détail important la literie est de très bonne qualité !
Caroline était en vacances mais la remise des clés a pu se faire de manière très fluide. Caroline est joignable facilement ce qui rend l'arrivée dans la location sereine.
Je recommande vivement !
