About this house rental
A beautiful country home in a small village just outside of Uzes (3 miles). The main house has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and all bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning.
For those seeking extra privacy there is also a pool house which has a bedroom, bathroom (shower), living room and kitchen.
The stunning outside pool is 15m x 6m and is heated from April through until the end of September (from October the pool is covered for the winter and out of use). The beautiful gardens have a vast amount of trees, including a pear, fig and olive tree. The garden has a large trampoline, a swing for children and a beautiful hammock for the older ones to enjoy the quiet.
There are 10 sun loungers, a BBQ and a pizza oven. The outside also has 3 seperate tables and chairs to enjoy a meal in different spots in the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, kettle, oven, microwave and all essential kitchen utensils.
The house also has a playroom which has a number of toys and games for children aged 0-5. Both the playroom and living room have TV's with english channels, Apple TV and numerous Sonos speakers.There is cable wi-fi (100mbps) and a Netscape Mesh system so very good wi-fi throughout, including pool area.
The house is perfect for large families. Five of the bedrooms have king size beds and the sixth bedroom has two single beds. There is also a cot for a baby/toddler. Downstairs we have two double sofa beds. There is also a highchair and car booster seat.
The house is gated and there is large driveway for plenty of cars.
The property is a 5 minute drive from Uzes. It is in a small village, where 10 minutes on foot you will find a local supermarket, two bakeries, a chemist, three restaurants, a butchers, an ATM and many beautiful pottery. Update for 2023 - following feeback from two guests - we have installed an advanced Mosquito removal which will be running 24/7 from August 2023 and promises to rid us of mozzie’s which are part of the climate but nonetheless caused discomfort to two guests.

A lovely large family home in a very nice village only a short walk from the house.The house is extremely well equipped and was very clean and tidy, the grounds are large as is the pool and it's heated, the pool house is very useful and has a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom which we used. It also has a very good gas bbq and a clay oven which was great fun.Uzes is a short drive away and is well worth a visit as is Nimes.The host Sara was extremely helpful both before and during our trip.There were 10 of us a baby and a dog and the house provided the perfect setting for our holiday.The only caveat is as in many areas of southern France there are mosquitoes so it is best to be prepared and bring plug in mosquito killers for the bedrooms.

We had a lovely stay during very hot weather. The house is very well equipped and even better in real life than the photos. The air con was certainly a pleasant relief in the heat! The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. The pool was great and a refreshing temperature in the heat. Sara was very helpful and answered all our questions and helped when we had a small issue with the pool. Roy and Nora were lovely and made sure we had everything we need.The mosquitos were a problem and we all got bitten a lot but this is somewhat expected for the area and time of year. The house is really well equipped if you have children, there are so many toys, including water toys and highchair, cot etc which was a huge help!The house is situated in a lovely area, walking distance to the village with everything you need (inc a great market 2x a week) and only a short drive from Uzes with lots more to see and do. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the variety of outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the holiday.

The house was just ideal for our group of friends, we were there in the winter season and we enjoyed the big living room and the kitchen. The house is located in a nice village where you can find all you need at walking distance.We will definitely come again !

We all loved the house & the facilities. We were a large family group, mum & dad & four of our five boys with partners & two grandchildren. The house is big, beautifully appointed, so it feels like a home from home. The kitchen was well equipped & easy to use.
The pool & grounds were all brilliant too.
The house & grounds are very peaceful and ideally located to access Uzes, about 10 minutes away. Also we shopped for food in St Quentin, using the local shops & market and that was all we needed.
Would highly recommended the house & also wanted to say Sara, the owner provided us with an excellent information pack prior to our departure so everything was crystal clear.
