I liked the central location of the property. Also its proximity to bus stop was very convenient.
The fact that there were 2 good sized bedrooms was also beneficial.
I also liked being welcomed by Gess who was friendly, helpful and spoke English. This was very reassuring.
Although there isn't much room for one, it would be more comfortable with a bigger size couch.
It is a bit small for one person so it would be difficult for 2 people to relax.

Excellent location and very aesthetically appealing apartment. Mario is a great and super nice host! The apartment had air-condition, since it would not be possible to open the windows with the noise and the humidity. The place was safe to walk anytime for a woman travelling alone. It felt also safe since there were three different doors before entering the apartment.
Too much noise since the apartment is in one of the main streets of Siena, without double windows for noise isolation. The kitchen was not well equipped at all (no bowls, no dish drainer, no dish towel, no napkins). The kettle was not usable with too much limescale falling off when used. The handle of the moka pot was burnt and was not easy to use and manipulate. For the price paid for one week, I would expect more than the too mini-mini size shampoo/body wash bottles. The fake leather of the chairs was worn out. Showerhead attached to the wall (American style) without shower hose not practical at all.
