Bramble Barn is a lovely and cosy open plan studio cottage situated in the grounds of the owner's home, on their farm, in a hamlet location, near the village of Lanivet and town of Wadebridge. This single-storey cottage sleeps two people and has an open plan living/sleeping area with a king-size bed, kitchen, dining area and sitting area, along with a shower room. Outside there's off road parking for one car, a patio with furniture and use of a lawned garden with patio and furniture. Bramble Barn is a charming base with the whole of Cornwall just waiting to be explored. Please Note - This property has a Good housekeeping bond of £100.00. Please Note - From 1st October - 28th February a £40.00 supplement will be added to your booking for fuel & power. Please note: 2 x dogs allowed. Please note: New, Double reclining sofa, new carpets and Fibre broadband added, pictures to follow. Please note: 2 night minimum stays only accepted.
