Little house in a quiet village in Lunigiana, Tuscany

La Casetta is a little house on the village of Rocca Sigillina near Pontremoli in the Lunigiana region of Tuscany. It has one bedroom with a double bed. There is a large living room with a sofa bed this together with a foldaway bed means that it can sleep two couples and a child. There is a large kitchen dining room which is well stocked. There is a tv, DVD player with a large selection of DVDs in the living room. There is a small terrace leading from the living room and this has table and chairs allowing for outside eating.
The bathroom has shower and bidet.
La Casetta has central heating as well as an open fire.
It is situated in the foothills of the Apenines and is ideally situated for walking trips as well as sightseeing being close to Cinque Terre and within easy distance to Parma, Pisa and Florence as well as the Tuscan beaches.
