The view is amazing. You view the Table mountain to the one side and the Robben Island on the other side. Hear the waves in your bedroom. The beach is a bit cold and therefore not many people going into the water at this beach.
We booked 2 Apartments in this complex and although one wasn't listed as SEA VIEW, all have the amazing and wonderful sea view from your lounge and bedroom. Check-in was simple and easy. Book the more modern looking one as that's in much better condition.
The one apartment has very outdated furniture and especially the bathroom is very old and outdated with a shower that gets almost no light, so it's unpleasant to take a shower there. The main bed seemed to have some bed bugs or something because they were biting and making me itch alot when I slept.
On the 3rd night of out stay the Microwave stopped working and the HOST said they cannot do anything about it which is a pity as we had to warm up the milk on the stove. Honestly I feel that you can get better value for your money elsewhere.
Bloubergstrand is a bit far out from the city and main tourist attractions so take that into consideration when booking this side. Parking bays are a bit tight squeeze especially if you got a Kombi or double cab bakkie etc. These parking bays are very narrow. Also if you have a roof carry box, then the height might be a problem for you and you might knock the roof box.

The place is beautiful and clean, the sea view is amazing.
They said we are making noise even when were not in the unit, receiving texts and calls from the host while we were not even there was really annoying.

Good apartment, great sea view. Well equipped (plates, cutlery, TV, towels, bedding).
Friendly and helpful staff.
Good parking. Flexible check-in.
There is no aircon or heating in the apartments. Our apartment was cold (in winter) and we had to ask for portable heater.
Bedroom cupboards had a damp smell.
Front door lock was dubious.
Beach is not for swimming but the views are amazing.
