Hôtel Eden by Odalys

Perfect location for a Ski in&out – right next to the lift with lots of options for various slopes. The apartment was very spacious with a kitchenette and amazing views of the mountains. I could not ski and therefore enjoyed that I could stay on the balcony and feel like I was still part of the experience.

The whole organization of the place should be improved. It felt like the staff was doing the bare minimum. We had to wait over an hour for our room even though it clearly stated check in from 4 – the lady at the reception said it's usually between 4 and 5. After a 6 hour drive it was annoying to wait in the lobby with no apology or at least being offered a drink or something. We registered for parking with license plate as it was asked via mail upfront, though we got a reply that no registration is needed as they have enough parking for all guests, the gate did not open when we arrived. The paid Spa was a joke in my opinion. More like public pool vibe, no slippers, no proper towel, no basic snacks and the massage was absolutely mediocre. Staff deducted the amount for a 50 minute massage, though I booked for 20 minutes. Still waiting for a refund. The restaurant is horribly understaffed, male waiters were super nice, the lady at the bar seemed annoyed and refused to speak English.

Eden Arc is so comfortable, clean & the location is perfect. Easy ski in ski out and easy access to town.

The restaurant is very disappointing. Service is not very friendly and prices are high. A real shame as lots of potential.,

Location was great, clean property

Couldn't get in to the Hotel restaurant to eat during our stay in the evenings. Fully booked. Bar area unavailable to Hotel guests during certain times of the day. Had to take food to your room even though tables where available in the bar area.
