- Great location (far away from zell am see train) - stunning view of zell am see lake - fully equipped kitchen - provided guest card & mobility card - full privacy - swift response/action during working hours
- it is clean, but it can be improved - location might be a -ve for whom dont have a car - very high security deposit (800 Euro) - cleaning charge is extremely high (+400 euro for 1 time per stay - after check out-), however the level of cleanliness is not as expected when paying this amount. - No AC.. during summer time, you have to open the windows , but you will face the insects issue. Installing an insect mesh might solve the problem - the beds are a bit not comfy

I am frequently traveling to zell am see since 2007 this is the best stay in zell am see with chalet crown of alps , the chalet is really amazing , clean , facilities, view , really its excellent for families to have a wonderful vacation in zell am see and for sure will be my next stay in zell am see next time, and many thanks to Sandra and all staff.
