About this cottage rental
A delightful holiday home, La Grange de Fleurs is set in large private grounds within the Cotes D'Armor region of Brittany. Enjoying a very quiet and peaceful setting in the countryside, yet only 3.5 km from the pleasant town of Bourbriac and 11 km from the larger medieval town of Guingamp with its shops, restaurants and points of interest. The location and facilities make it ideal for chilling out or for activities like walking, cycling and touring.
Adventure further afield by car or motorcycle and enjoy the beautiful beaches of the famous Pink Granite Coast, the many charming and idylic fishing villages, such as Cancale and Paimpol. Take time to explore Brittany's lovely countryside and many historical and cultural attractions.
The cottage, which has been converted from a traditional granite Breton barn offers comfortable accommodation. Consisting of a good sized lounge with wood burner, a well equipped kitchen with a table seating up to 8 people. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, two with double bed and two with two single beds sleeping a total of 8 persons. There are two shower rooms each with shower, wash basin and wc.
Outside:
There is a private garden to the rear of the cottage equipped with furniture and a large gas barbeque, perfect for dining al fresco. This area is secure for dogs.
To the front there is a large courtyard area, offering plenty of parking. Across the courtyard is the owners house.
Take a short stroll into the main gardens and you have a heated in ground pool and hot tub for your private use. The pool area is fenced as per safety regulations. The gardens offer plenty of space in which to relax or enjoy outdoor games. Please note the Pool and Hot tub are available 5th June to 10th September.
La Grange de Fleurs is available for guests to enjoy all year round. Please note the pool is available from the 5th of June to the 10th September. Discounts are offered for reduced occupancy October to April, please ask for a quote and maybe enjoy a long or short break. How about Christmas away from all the stress? La Grange de Fleurs can be made available for your Christmas and or New year break. Please enquire for details.

We loved every minute of our stay. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, very clean and perfect temperatures. The Gite was very comfortable and the bbq was brilliant to cook on. Paul and Elaine were fantastic owners with lots of tips about the local area. Would 100% recommend.

This was a top holiday. The first impression was the friendly welcome of Paul and Elaine and the very clean and tidy well cared house. The French style house is nice cool downstairs with a well equipped kitchen. The beds are very good. Trips to the coast are on acceptable distance with very nice villages and fantastic places to visit. Good beds and we enjoyed the BBQ on the rear terrace. But most of all: Thanks Paul and Elaine for your friendly care and making us feel so welcome.

Hosts were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. Great barn conversion... it has inspired me!
Nice place to stay.... Only complaint was the weather which is out of everyone control.
