Smidig incheckning. Fräscht och stort rum, med tillgång till kyl och vattenkokare. Balkongen var även ett plus i kanten!

SE,että näki majoittajan henkilökohtaisesti ja sai avaimet käteensä häneltä.Mutkaton check-in. Pystyi myös maksamaan heti kaupunkiveron,josta tuli kuitti.Riittävä viestittely etukäteen. Huone oli tilava ja siisti.Siivottiin myös välillä.Jääkaappikin löytyi. Ykköskerros. Hyvä sijaintikin.
Kahvinkeittomahdollisuus olisi kyllä plussaa,mutta lähistöltä löytyi sitten ostopaikkoja.

Très bien situé dans la Spezia, dans un immeuble résidentiel. La chambre est grande et bien équipée avec refregirateur, bouilloire, dosettes de café et thé, salle de bain agréable.
Très mauvaise insonorisation : pas de bruit à l’extérieur mais voisine qui écoute la télé très fort des 6h45 le matin ce qui nous a systématiquement réveillés.

Too noisy. They should put in writing a time pm/am where everyone have to respect, the others tennants..., therefore make it as rule of the building..
