About this cottage rental
Rent independent cottage, completely new with all the comforts (free WIFI access) for 5 people maximum on 1500 m² of enclosed and planted land, private parking in the courtyard.
Shaded places in the orchard with GARDEN LIVING ROOM, BARBECUE and TRANSATS to spend pleasant moments of relaxation. For children: large portico with rings + 2 swings. Quiet area, all shops including 2 supermarkets less than 2 minutes by car.
* Animals accepted after our agreement and provided that they are not left alone inside and outside the gîte.
* FREE LOAN OF mountain bikes, rides from the cottage.
* BOARD GAMES + LIBRARY + tourist documentation provided.

DESCRIPTION:
- Large and very bright living room with TV / TNT / WIFI access, sofa + fitted kitchen area (dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine ...).
- Bathroom with shower, heated towel rail and hairdryer.
- separate WC.
Upstairs :
- A 1st bedroom with 1 double bed for 2 pers.
- A 2nd bedroom with 1 double bed for 2 pers. + 1 bed of 90 for 1 pers.
- WC + hand basin.

15 minutes by car from CHALON-SUR-SAONE, 8 minutes from TOURNUS (A6 motorway exits at Chalon Sud and Tournus), 1 hour from LYON and 3 1/2 hours from Paris

- Walks from the gîte, 33 hiking circuits between SAONE and GROSNE (guide provided) + the picturesque Chemins des Moines or GR 76.
- The bucolic GREENWAY lined with castles, meadows and forests as well as the BLUE WAY along the Saône reserved for walkers, mountain bikes and rollerblades, (rental of mountain bikes, electric bikes, children's bikes, trailers ... in Tournus and Cluny).

Sehr angenehme Gastgeber. Eine zentrale Lage um viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Landschaften zu genießen. Alles hat rundum gepaßt.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce gîte neuf et très bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. Le seul bémol est la proximité de la ligne de chemin de fer (trains de jour comme de nuit, un peu gênants en plein été lorsque les fenêtres sont ouvertes).

Ein kleines Ferienhaus mit allem, was man braucht. Das Grundstück war perfekt für unseren Hund, der sehr gut herumtoben konnte. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und begrüßten uns mit Wein und selbstgemachter Marmelade.
Die Umgebung ist perfekt zum spazieren gehen. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu besichtigen. Alles prima!!
