there is a set of stairs leading to the room and the potential guests need to be aware of it.

lack of response to problems during the stay and fixing the problems, when needed
the electricity went off in the evening at 10pm - no heat (end of October) and light - and there was still no electricity or response from the owner when we left the next day
coffee capsules - only 2 capsules for 3 days stay for 2 people
