B&B In de Prinsenstraat

de charme van het huis, en de nog grotere charme van de gastheer en gastvrouw waren voor ons de max! wat een mooie authentieke B&B, pal in het centrum van Dordrecht .Je auto kan je even uitladen aan de achterzijde van het gebouw. Betaald parkeren kan vlakbij, Veel goedkoper parkeren kan op de Weeskinderendijk, op 10 minuten wandelen. Onze fietsen kregen een veilig plekje in de tuin. een fijne familiale B& B, met rust voor wie dat wil en een gezellige babbel voor wie daar van houdt.

Although it's about a 20 minute walk from the train station, this historic home was a highlight of our 3 week trip. The owner and his wife showed true Dutch hospitality and we enjoyed our engaging conversations. The variety at breakfast was wonderful and tasty. Our room up 3 flights of steep Dutch stairs was spacious with a nice view of the Maas River. The bed was very comfortable and soaking in the huge bathtub in the huge bathroom was relaxing and there was also a nice shower. Staying in their home full of antiques and personal touches was a refreshing change from boxy hotels. From here we walked all over the old town of Dordrecht which was awesome.

Although expected, one should factor in the steep Dutch stairs especially if you have heavy luggage as we did.
