The hotel is fine for sleeping,
the place is quiet,
and it is located between the historical center (ischia ponte and via Roma ).
perfect.
Optimal cleanliness,
only some furniture as in the single room I was in the shower curtain very indecent, old and nasty.
The ceiling fan light did not work.
In my friends' double room, the ceiling fan did not work.
they had put in a regular fan but it didn't help,
There were many decent guests like familiar and polite young people - BUT -
In August we found young people who come from the city very indecent who come to make scandal, shouting, loud music, playing with each other in the corridors,
could not sleep,
and you don't know who to complain to.

Spacious room. High ceiling. View from bedroom - castle. Confortable beds and pillows. Easy communication with the hostess. Flexible to leave luggage in order to visit the city. Good advice for breakfast.
Old building and furniture. Not spotless cleaning (some dust and old receipts under the bed). Quite expensive for what you get, but cheap considering the other options at this time.

The accommodation has great potential. Position facing the port, beach and Castle.
We took half-board accommodation. We were very pleased with dinner at Ristorante Pizzeria Pirozzi, it was beyond expectations, a very rich menu at a low price. Breakfast was at Gran Bar Giardino Calise, an extremely beautiful and elegant location with coffee and croissant.
With minimal improvements: a refresh by sanitizing the building and cleaning the garden, air conditioning, mosquito repellents the location would look spectacular
