view from the terrace to the Arenal bay, swimming pool, barbecue summer kitchen..

House equipment is old, used. Especially kitchen and bathrooms need renovation. Some electricity sockets doesnt work. Plastic furniture at the terrace. some keys not available (kitchen to terrace, main gate)
