The place was very good. Close to main attractions with easy access to public transportation. Accommodation was well organised, almost everything was available needed. It felt like home.
The pillow was not comfortable, and did not provide a good sleep. It was too much used and out of shape.
The bath towel hanging rack for in the washroom was not clean.
It would be good if towels can be changed every alternate day and cleaning happens along with a change of bedsheets, which was missing.
Also it would be great if a compact vacuum cleaner will be provided in accommodation so guest can clean it if needed.

The apartment was modern, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed (oven, dishwasher, coffee machine with supplies). We really appreciated the communal washing machine and dryer; detergent and power were provided, and we never had to wait to use them. The heating was incredible—even with -4°C nights, it was so toasty we cracked a window!
Location is excellent: a safe, quiet area that is just an easy 10-15-minute walk through the tunnel to the Old Town. Access was fantastic with a single code for both the front and apartment doors—no keys to worry about. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for everyone.
Honestly, very little. The apartment is one floor up with no elevator, which was no issue for us but worth noting. The rooftop courtyard/patio seemed to be locked, though that was likely just because of the snow.
