Granada Apartments Berkeley

Well located , tram near by. Not far from pub for food.

Info on how to get taxi, general map of township would have been good .

Apartment was well equipped with kitchen utensils and electrical equipment. Adequate seating area and good TV with extra channels; disney channel was great for our granddaughter. Great for tram stop.

Some road noise but it is on the main promenade so to be expected.

The property had a perfect mix of everything I needed for my stay and the staff were lovely.

Very little I could fault. The shower was very hot and I found it difficult to turn colder, but that's more of a preference.

Location/ quiet area The team were genuinely hands on when regarding any queries but it just seemed like it was one thing after another.

- Could have been cleaned better - carpets were dirty - no hot water - fans were dirty had to request for them to be cleaned weren’t usable - had to request additional fans due to the heatwave and it being a sauna in the apartment - apartment was quite outdated with modern touches - windows were dirty - not enough cooking utensils - lift service not really reliable (old so not much confidence using it so having to carry luggage up two floors with narrow landings) -Bedding wasn’t really comfortable pillows were hard - miscommunication with allocating parking but was resolved almost immediately - security with the doors and apartment lock didn’t really feel safe as one code opened both
